mixed experience
nonexistent soundproofing broken underfloor heating
the location was convenient for getting around.
the room i got was smaller than expected. the underfloor heating wasn't working, despite being advertised. also, i could clearly hear noises from the nearby rooms, so soundproofing was nonexistent.

Central Location with Fantastic Staff

The location is VERY central, a short walk from the train station. The staff were lovely and helpful upon my arrival. I received an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. The breakfast staff were attentive, ensuring a pleasant start to each day.
The bathroom felt a little cramped, but it was manageable.

convenient location luggage service comfortable bed
the location was convenient, with easy access to both the train station and the metro (a big plus for getting around!). i was able to leave my luggage before check-in, a service i really appreciated. the room was cozy, and i found the bed to be very comfortable after a long day of travel.
i did notice the room was quite cold and there was no easy way to adjust the temperature. perhaps better insulation or more effective heating would improve the experience during colder months.

this hotel offers excellent proximity to key transport hubs, including the train station and metro. several attractions are within walking distance, including the castle and grey street (a central shopping area). it is easy to get uber rides to and from the hotel.

clean room reasonable size good location
The room was clean and of a reasonable size. Soundproofing made it quiet (I slept really well). The location is good, handy for accessing different parts of the city.
The bathroom was quite small. I found only two toilet rolls in the room (an extra roll would be helpful).

functional design quality fittings
The room had a functional design with good quality fittings. I especially liked the lovely shower in the bathroom.

soaked bathroom floor no hot water
I was really annoyed about a couple of things. the shower soaked the whole bathroom floor. It was hard to use the toilet afterwards because my jeans got wet! also, our first room didn't have hot water, but thankfully, they fixed that pretty quickly after we complained.
